Thank you for your interest in PayneLess Designs. My name is Major Ron Payne and I am the President and Webmaster of PayneLessDesigns.com. This company started as a simple hobbie. For many years I have been actively involved in several web design support groups, offering training, advice, and creative ideas for both novice and expert web builders.

I am a retired Veteran from the US Navy. I work full-time on the computer. When an agreement is reached with my customers, their full satisfaction is my goal. The websites I design validate according to the W3C Markup Validation Service. I also validate the stylesheets according to W3C CSS Validation Service standards.

I create webpages to be properly viewed in any browser of your choice. However, it is important to me that your finished website contain no errors or warnings when viewed in Mozilla, Firefox and have the same viewing when seen with the Internet Explorer browser.

The internet standards and requirements are continually changing and it is my goal to turn over your website to you which meets the latest Web Standards and has the appearance, format and style that you choose.
